"Raven's Secret" - Finished size 14" x 14"   

Our original design for a magical raven who stands sentry over his colorful pumpkin patch by day, and takes flight at the touch of the moon's light!  Features fully dimensional pumpkin, crow (and wing!) and bittersweet vine/berries and uses a variety of embroidery stitches such as Stem Stitch, French knot, and of course, Back Stitch and Blanket Stitch.  

Made from felted wool fabrics (some identified in the pattern as Weeks Dye Works) and stitched with threads from: Weeks Dye Works, Rainbow Gallery, The Gentle Art and The Caron Collection.  Complete instructions for stitching the entire project, along with a full scale pattern drawing and separately drawn pattern pieces, and our signature "photo sheet" with 25 color step-by-step photographs to coordinate with the written instructions. 

"Raven's Secret" poem by designer, Kathy Gaul is included with the pattern as well!

Makes a fabulous framed work of art, pillow, quilt block or even a topper for a basket!
